Riding with Wild Ones!

With the change in the weather and it FINALLY being cool enough to go outside and actually enjoy ourselves we were beyond excited to get the new Razor Wild Ones scooters! There is some adult assembly required but it was really easy and quick and huge bonus, it included all the tools that you needed in the package.

I don't even know where to start bragging about with all the great features that this thing has! First off they have adorable designs that my kids are really into right now. Dinosaurs, Sharks, and Unicorns! The extra-wide wheels make balancing easy even for my newly turned 3 year old, and allows the scooter to be self-standing with no kickstand needed. Plus they have slow rolling wheels which is great for my sanity because my boys love to go fast and have no fear! The handles are covered in a soft foam grip that makes it easy and comfortable for little hands to hold. Wild Ones scooters have a low deck with full graphic grip tape that makes it easier to keep little feet planted firmly.

The Wild Ones junior kick scooter works great indoor and outdoor which is great for those crazy weather weeks (or months) when you never know if it's going to be raining, 30 degrees with 25 mph wind, or 95 degrees with 98% humidity outside. I like that I can set up obstacle courses and help the kids navigate through them while working on their balance and my kids just love that they are getting to play and drive around their scooters while being wild. It is recommend for ages 30+ months (2 1/2 years if you stop counting in months long ago like I did) but my almost 2 year old was able to ride around on it without problems. He has pretty good balance already thought so just keep in mind what your child is and isn't capable of doing. I think these are a great starter scooter!

The package does say max rider weight is 44 lbs but let me tell you, these things are built tough and I 100% have rode around on them on multiple occasions! Hello, flashbacks to my childhood riding around on my Razor products! I love that I can give my kids the same fun memories of riding around on their Razor scooters.

I was also able to try out the Razor Jr t3 and oddly enough my almost 2 year old claimed it and no one else is even allowed to look it. It has a flexible deck which works great with the tilt to turn (the 3 T's) handle. It has soft grips on the base to prevent slipping. Since it is a tilt to turn instead of the traditional turning handle it was a lot easier to move which is why I think my youngest loved it so much. He rides it with no problems which is amazing to me since it is marketed for 3+ so I'd suggest if you have a younger one who has good balance and are wanting to get something a little bigger to go ahead and try this one out. The t3 also has some adult assembly required but again, super easy and quick and includes everything that you need in the box.

We had lots of fun with these over the last two weeks and it has been a great excuse to get us out of the house more and playing outside. The kids love to race and it definitely makes me want to get a scooter of my own to join in on the fun with them. I think these are a great birthday or Christmas gift and at only $39.99 are a great price. If you want to get your own check them out here at the Razor website or at Target.
