Visibly Younger and Healthier skin in just 5 weeks!

It is time that I let y'all in on a little secret... I am not actually 22 anymore.. *gasp* I've joked so much about staying 22 and refusing to age that I have actually started to forget my real age! Seriously, just ask my friends and it is a running joke that no one knows how old I am, not even me.  However, it is starting to get more and more noticeable that this is not the face of a 22 year old. This is the face of a very tired mom, who laughs a lot (aka has hard laugh lines), who spent years refusing to wear glasses because she didn't like them (aka spent years squinting and now has the forehead lines and crows feet to prove it). It has started to make me so self conscious. One of the first things people notice about you is your face, and when you don't feel great about the way that your skin looks on the outside, it effects how you feel on the inside. I once read that the reason Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen never smile in photos is to help prevent wrinkles.. I tried t...

Is the Silk'n Infinity Worth the Price?

Image
Last month I got the chance to work with  Trayzon  and  Silk'n  to test out the  Silk'n Infinity . To say I was excited about this would be a huge understatement! I absolutely hate doing any hair removal treatment. It is time consuming and never ending! I will admit that after I received the device I was a little nervous to use it... Would it hurt..? Would it actually work..? Would it be something that I was comfortable using and actually keep up on using until I got results? If you are anything like me you have tried a lot of different methods to remove unwanted hair. Shaving, waxing, creams, strips.. Shaving is so time consuming and has to be done multiple times a week. It dries out my skin and leaves me with bumps and ingrown hairs and it makes shaving painful and even more annoying! Considering the fact that the average woman starts shaving at age 13 and goes until age 50, that's 37 years we are spending roughly 15 minutes 3-4 times a week shaving....

Drinking from the Bitter Cup

I started writing this post over a year ago and even though I worked on it several times I was never able to finish it. Be forewarned that there are probably more than a few grammatical errors and times where I switch from talking in present to past tense because I've rewrote this I don't know how many times and each time I cry and then when I try to reread it I cry and I'm just a mess and so is this post. I'm fast to share funny, embarrassing, or down right awkward moments that I have in my life. To me, those are easy to share. It's the serious moments, the big and important life moments that I struggle with sharing. Some things need to be shared, and I really want to share an amazing woman and the struggles that we went through over that last 2 years. The summer of 2017 my Mother-in-law was having trouble with her hand, she thought it was a pinched nerve or arthritis. We kept telling her that she need to go to the doctor and have it checked out and she kept sa...

Riding with Wild Ones!

Image
With the change in the weather and it FINALLY being cool enough to go outside and actually enjoy ourselves we were beyond excited to get the new Razor Wild Ones scooters! There is some adult assembly required but it was really easy and quick and huge bonus, it included all the tools that you needed in the package. I don't even know where to start bragging about with all the great features that this thing has! First off they have adorable designs that my kids are really into right now. Dinosaurs, Sharks, and Unicorns! The extra-wide wheels make balancing easy even for my newly turned 3 year old, and allows the scooter to be self-standing with no kickstand needed. Plus they have slow rolling wheels which is great for my sanity because my boys love to go fast and have no fear! The handles are covered in a soft foam grip that makes it easy and comfortable for little hands to hold. Wild Ones scooters have a low deck with full graphic grip tape that makes it easier to keep little feet ...
